Confirmation came this past Sunday...my youngest daughter will be the next generation Barista. While preparing for the day my daughter, Anna, announces that she wants to "pull a shot" and that she knows how to do it herself. With my permission, she pulls over a stool and what happened next proofs that our young ones do watch every move we make!
