New bar menu at The Farmhouse

It's no secret that I will make up any excuse to visit The Farmhouse in Emmaus and Chef Michael's new bar menu has Christi and I feeling like a girls' night out is in order. Here is his new menu:

Fennel & Summer Squash Risotto Cake

Peruvian Pierogies
chourizo sausage, local tomato & cured olive
Duck Confit & Goat Cheese Spring Roll
treviso greens & bing cherry chutney
Windswept Farm Lamp Wontons
manchego cheese, radicchio slaw & basil infused olive oil
Chicken Confit Avocado Sandwich
local tomato, arugula, parsley lemon aidu & frites
Halibut, Scallops & Mussels
baby fennel, lobster broth & basil
